Vital bail information is expected to be revealed by the State on Thursday, as accused baby kidnapper, Sameemah Jacobs, returns to court.
The 37-year-old mother of three is due to make her second court appearance in the Bellville Magistrate's Court on Thursday morning.
Jacobs is facing two charge - that of kidnapping and defeating the ends of administrative justice.
Following Jacobs’ arrest last week, the State revealed that they had to account for her bail information before a formal hearing could proceed.
They also indicated that they would be opposing her bail.
The purpose of the bail information proceeding is to determine whether Jacobs has any previous convictions or pending charges, or cases which may impact her case and her application.
The State will also have to determine what criminal schedule the case falls under, which will advocate the seriousness of the charges.

Jacobs was arrested on June 30 at a residence in Honolulu Street, Tafelsig, Mitchell’s Plain, where 9-day old Mogamat Imaad Sharmar, who had been kidnapped three days prior, was allegedly found in her presence.
It had been the residents of Tafelsig who alerted authorities about their suspicions, which led to the discovery of the infant.
The State is set to prove that Jacobs had premeditated the kidnapping, by allegedly approaching and befriending Imaad’s mother, Imaan Sharmar, at the hospital.
Sharmar told the media that a woman pretending to be a sponsor for an organisation that assisted mothers after birth had visited her at her home and had her personal information, before inviting her to attend a workshop in Bellville on June 28.
Imaad was kidnapped from Middestad Mall in Bellville on the same day.
