THIS year, as the POST newspaper proudly celebrates 70 years of serving our community, we are asking you to join us in a truly impactful initiative: the "Adopt a Child" campaign, which is a part of the Nourish to Flourish project.

Across our city, countless children face the daily challenge of hunger. For many, a school meal is their only reliable source of nutrition.

The Nourish to Flourish project aims to alleviate this burden, ensuring underprivileged children receive the vital nourishment they need to thrive, both in and out of the classroom.

A well-fed child is a child who can concentrate, learn, and ultimately, break the cycle of poverty.

Support a worthy cause, today.

We are inviting our valued readers to pledge just R200 a month – that's less what we spend on coffee or entertainment in a month – to feed a child at school. Your monthly contribution will directly provide nutritious meals, giving a young mind the fuel it needs to focus on their studies, grow strong, and reach their full potential.

Imagine the profound difference your R200 can make. It's not just about food; it's about providing hope, fostering dignity, and investing in the future of our community.

By supporting Nourish to Flourish, you're not just adopting a child; you're adopting a dream. Becoming a part of this life-changing campaign is simple.

To register your commitment and start making a tangible difference today, simply scan the QR code prominently displayed above.

Join the POST in our 70th year celebration by giving the gift of nourishment. Let us work together to ensure every child has the chance to flourish. Let us be the lamp of love and a ladder of hope in at least one person's life.
