Coastal dreams await: 'Listing Coastal South Africa' to showcase stunning shores and luxury living

Following the success of "Listing Jozi", "Listing Cape Town" and "Listing Mauritius", BBC Lifestyle recently announced their new addition to the franchise, "Listing Coastal South Africa".
The new show, which is currently in production, will take audiences on a captivating journey along one of Africa's most picturesque coastlines.
Set to premiere later this year on BBC Lifestyle (DStv channel 174), "Listing Coastal South Africa" will guide viewers through the pristine landscapes of the country's coastal regions, from the unspoiled shores of the KwaZulu-Natal coastline to the breathtaking beauty of the Eastern Cape, the iconic Garden Route and the rugged charm of the West Coast, culminating at the southernmost tip of the continent.
The ten-part series is set to highlight some of South Africa’s most extravagant homes, offering a rare glimpse into the luxurious lifestyles of those who call these coastal paradises home.
"Viewers will get the chance to follow agents as they do what it takes to sell a suite of luxury homes.
"With its signature blend of aspirational living, high-end real estate, and local flair, 'Listing Coastal South Africa' is a must-watch for property enthusiasts, dream-home seekers and those who want a fly-on-the-wall access to an estate agent’s world," the channel said in a media statement.
Producer Nico Nel emphasised the intent behind the new show: "It will tell a new story of South Africa’s coastline through the lens of luxury living. Each region has its own unique charm with incredible homes, and we’re excited to bring that to life for BBC Lifestyle this year."
Meanwhile, co-producer Trevor Kaplan expressed enthusiasm about delving into areas traditionally overlooked: "What we’ve found so far during filming is nothing short of extraordinary. These properties are world-class, and so are the agents."
