Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs and his son Justin Dior Combs have been accused in a lawsuit filed on Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court of orchestrating a brutal gang-rape incident.

The claims come from a woman identified only as “Jane Doe”, who alleges she was lured from Louisiana to Los Angeles in 2017 with promises of employment in the entertainment industry.

The allegations say that Justin, 31, used his father's celebrity status to entice Jane Doe with the prospect of a television job.

Instead, she was allegedly subjected to a horrific weekend where she was drugged, held against her will and raped by Diddy and two other unidentified men wearing masks.

The lawsuit also seeks jury compensation for damages, including lost earnings and emotional trauma.

The filing accuses the Combs family and business entities, including Combs Enterprises LLC and Bad Boy Entertainment, of sexual assault and negligence.

It states that Jane Doe suffered severe emotional distress, alongside physical and psychological trauma from the ordeal.

In March or April 2017, Justin allegedly contacted Jane Doe through Snapchat. The two messaged back and forth and had discussed her desire for a career in the entertainment industry, according to the complaint.

He persuaded her to travel to the lavish Beverly Hills property known as “The Glass House”.

The complaint said Jane Doe was surprised that she and Justin remained in the home talking that night and the following day, which frustrated her as she thought they’d go out. Later, Jane Doe was provided with what she believed to be laced liquor and drugs, leading to her incapacity during the alleged assaults.

According to the lawsuit, the incident continued throughout the weekend, with Jane Doe being brutally assaulted and dropped off at the airport on Monday.

Both Diddy and Justin have denied the allegations.

In a public statement, Combs's legal team said: "No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone - man or woman, adult or minor."

"We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court," the statement continued.

This lawsuit arrives amid ongoing legal troubles for Diddy, as he faces a high-profile racketeering and sex trafficking trial in New York.

This case recalls previous allegations against him, including a settled lawsuit by his former girlfriend, singer Cassie Ventura, regarding coercive and abusive behaviours, all of which he has denied.

As the case unfolded, Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing Jane Doe, commended her courage to speak out: "We are proud of our client for having the courage to step forward and be heard. The details of the lawsuit speak for themselves. We will see that justice is done."
