Fifth Harmony, the American girl group that rose to fame after competing on a reality singing competition, “The X Factor” in 2012, is reportedly in talks to reunite in 2026, without Camila Cabello.

The pop group is made up of Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane Hansen, Lauren Jauregui and Camila Cabello.

The group’s history dates back to their auditions on “The X Factor”, where Simon Cowell, a judge on the show, saw potential in each of them and decided to put them together as a group.

According to "The Hollywood Reporter", Fifth Harmony is planning a major comeback in 2026, which would coincide with the 10th anniversary of their album “7/27” and the hit single, “Work From Home”, featuring singer and songwriter Ty Dolla $ign.

Insiders reveal that the group is working on a documentary to chronicle their return to the stage, capturing footage of their yet-to-be-announced tour.

Additionally,  three of the group members, Brooke, Jane and Jauregui, were spotted courtside at the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) game between the Chicago Sky and Los Angeles Sparks on May 25, wearing matching black leather jackets, which sparked reunion rumours among their fans on social media.

“Fifth Harmony”, also known as “5H”, went on to finish in third place on the show. Despite not winning, the group gained a massive following and went on to release several successful albums and singles.

However, behind the scenes, the group reportedly struggled with internal drama and tension, particularly with Cabello

Years of struggles eventually took a toll on their relationships, and Cabello ultimately parted ways with the group in 2016. The remaining members continued as a four-piece, but they also eventually started pursuing solo projects.

In 2018, the remaining members took a bold step by releasing “Don’t Say You Love Me”, their last song before they officially went on a hiatus. Since then, each member has focused on their solo careers, releasing their own music.

Cabello has become a successful solo artist, dropping hits like “Havana” and “Never Be the Same”.

Meanwhile, Brooke, Kordei, Hansen and Jauregui have also pursued solo projects. Kordei recently released her debut album “Dopamine” in 2024.

The debut album comes after the success of hit singles such as “Motivation” and “Wild Side”, her collaboration with rapper Cardi B.
