Guess who’s back, baby? Our favourite real estate reality show, "Selling Sunset", has returned for a ninth season.

Our guilty pleasure where the homes are dream-worthy, but the tea? The absolute main course. Let’s be real, we’re not just here for mansions (though yes, we’ve all imagined ourselves living there). We’re here for the drama.

Maybe they should name the series "Selling Drama", but let's not go there.

Season eight gave us all the usual: lip fillers, fashion statements, and plenty of drama. But it was the messy entanglements between Emma Hernan, Bre Tiesi, Chelsea Lazkani and Chrishell Stause that truly kept fans hooked.

And now, the new season is already stirring the pot.

The trailer hints at the incident that led to Nicole Young being temporarily paused. Young, part of the so-called “cool clique” with her “you can’t sit with us” vibes, found herself in a heated face-off with Amanza Smith.

The trailer shows Smith, 48, standing up, finger pointed, saying, “You need to get the f*** out.”

I just hope Smith sells a house this season.

Production had to pause Young’s filming to protect her from the tense environment, though she hasn’t been fired.

As she told "Us Weekly", she’s still deciding whether she wants to continue in such a contentious setting, especially with “so many infuriating double standards.”

Yikes sis.

And as we know, the Oppenheim Group loves a bit of drama, especially when a new face walks in. Adding a fresh agent always seems to stir the pot because, just like men and their egos, women can get competitive, too.

Sandra Vergara made her debut at the Oppenheim Group office in LA, strutting in with fresh energy.

Jason Oppenheim teases, “I thought we needed some new energy,” as Vergara introduces herself to Mary Bonnet.

Lazkani can’t help but ask, “Like Sofia Vergara?” Vergara casually responds, “We’re related.” Feisty!

Meanwhile, the trailer hints at more simmering tensions. Herman and Stause's friendship seems fragile, especially with Herman’s boyfriend, Blake, in the mix. Teisi, still holding grudges, might have another feud with Lazkani bubbling under the surface. (Yawn).

Herman can also be seen trying on a million-dollar ring on her left hand, making a very public statement about her relationship that everyone is side-eyeing.

Broken friendships seem to be the main course this season, with “besties for the resties” vibes officially on pause.
