The 1860 Indentured Labourers Foundation Verulam, the 1860 Indian Arrival to Natal, LOC South Africa, and Indo-Caribbean Cultural Centre held an International Indentured History Conference and Historical Tour of KwaZulu-Natal recently. The event was aimed at commemorating the 165th anniversary of the arrival of Indian indentured workers to Natal. At the opening event in uMhlanga were:

The event was aimed at commemorating the 165th anniversary of the arrival of Indian indentured workers to Natal. At the opening event in uMhlanga were:
