Chowmein

2 chicken fillets, sliced
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ginger/garlic paste
salt to taste
½ tsp lemon pepper
½ red onion, sliced
½ green onion, sliced
1 bag of crunchy stirfry mix
½ head of broccoli
½ – ¾ packet of spaghetti, cooked al dente
1 tsp chilli oil
1 – 2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs Korean gochujang sauce
spring onion to garnish
Method
Marinate the chicken in the spices and set aside. Heat oil in a pot and add the chicken.
Stirfry until half way cooked. Add the peppers and cook for a minute. Then add the stirfry mix and broccoli. Cook until the vegetables are still slightly tender.
Add the spaghetti and the rest of the ingredients besides the spring onion. Stir together. Garnish with the spring onion and serve hot.
