Burfee Falooda

1 litre milk – reserve one cup
2 tsp ghas/falooda powder
2 tbs custard powder
½ cup Klim
1 tin condensed milk
1 tin dessert cream
2 tbs rose water
a teaspoon elachi powder
Simmer the milk and falooda powder together. Mix the custard powder and Klim with the remaining one cup of milk and add to the pot of milk. Whisk all the time to make sure there are no lumps..
When it starts to boil, remove from the stove. Add the condensed milk, dessert cream, elachi powder and rose water. Pour into the desired mould or dessert cups, and place in the fridge to set.
Pour over dessert cream once set and decorate as desired.
