Milky Bar Sojee

1 cup semolina
2 tbs Klim powder
1 cup milk
½ cup water
½ tsp cardamom powder
½ tsp caramel essence
1 cup fresh cream
8 blocks Milky Bar, melted
¼ cup ghee or butter
Melt the ghee in a pot. Add the semolina and Klim. Allow to toast on a low heat. Whisk the milk, water, ½ cup cream, caramel essence and cardamom powder.
Gently add the wet mixture to the toasted semolina, and allow to cook. Add the Milky Bar and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Once the mixture thickens, add the remaining cream and mix well. Garnish with a drizzle of Milky Bar and coloured almonds.
