Spicy Mango Lassi

1 very ripe large mango, peeled and chopped

1 cup plain yoghurt (coconut yoghurt works well)

½ cup milk (nut milk works well)

1 tbs honey or maple syrup (optional)

¼ tsp chilli flakes

¼ tsp cardamom powder

ice cubes (optional)

Method 

Blend the mango, yoghurt, milk and honey (optional) until smooth. Add the chilli flakes and cardamom powder, and then blend again. Serve chilled, garnished with mango slices or edible flowers to make it decorative.
