Chicken Kebabs

500g chicken mince
1 onion, ground (squeeze out the water)
1 tsp ginger/garlic paste
1 tsp dhania/jeera
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp lemon pepper
½ tsp chilli flakes
salt to taste
freshly-chopped dhania
Mix all the above together until fully combined. Press on to skewers and cook until golden brown on the outside, and fully cooked on the inside.
Serve with naan or pita, tzatziki, chips and lemon wedges.
