Sticky Tikka Chops

1kg chops

2 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp coarse chilli

½ tsp salt

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp dhania

½ tsp jeeru

1 tbs red ginger/garlic masala

1 tbs ghee or oil

¼ cup Steers tikka sauce

2 tbs honey

Method

Marinate the chops in the spices with the ginger, garlic and ghee (clarified butter).

Add to a flat pot and cook on low heat. Once the marinate forms a thick sauce, add the Steers tikka sauce. Simmer on low heat until the chops are soft.

Once done, add to a Pyrex dish, drizzle honey and grill.

Serve with wedges or vegetables of your choice. I served with creamy corn, potato bake and rolls.
