Sindhi Mutton Breyani

2kg mutton
500ml plain yoghurt or Maas
4 onions, sliced
2 packets tomato paste
6 green chillies
3 tbs ginger and garlic paste
curry leaves
thyme
mint
coriander
2 boxes of Shan Sindhi Biryani Spice
oil
Marinade the meat with the Shans Sindhi Biryani Spice, yoghurt, ginger and garlic paste, curry leaves, green chillies, tomato paste and thyme.
Set aside. In a pot, fry the onions until golden. Remove half of it and keep aside. Add the marinated meat and some water. Cook until tender, for about 90 minutes.
Boil the rice, until half cooked, with some whole spices.
Fry 5 potatoes. In the pot, add the mint and coriander, and mix into the curry.
Add the fried potatoes and mix. Top with the rice. Add the fried onions, chopped mint and coriander. Steam for 30 minutes on low heat.
