JENNIFER Reddy, the CEO of Morar Incorporated, recently won a global accolade in Las Vegas that marks a defining moment in her leadership journey and places South African excellence firmly on the international stage.
At the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) Annual Awards Gala at the Bellagio Hotel, Reddy was awarded Top CEO of the Year in Financial Solutions - an honour that recognises exceptional leadership, influence, and sustained professional impact.
Among an elite group of executives and industry leaders from around the world, Reddy was the only South African recipient recognised at the awards.
The ceremony celebrated professionals who have demonstrated excellence, innovation, and integrity within their fields, and whose work continued to shape industries and communities on an international scale.
The Top CEO of the Year in Financial Solutions award was conferred following a rigorous evaluation process that assessed professional accomplishments, leadership philosophy, ethical governance, and long-term contribution to the industry.
Reddy’s selection reflects not only her professional success, but her ability to lead with vision, resilience, and purpose in an increasingly complex global environment.
“Receiving this recognition on an international platform is deeply humbling,” said Reddy.
“To be acknowledged among global leaders, and to represent South Africa in that space, is a moment I will always carry with pride. This award is a reflection of years of dedication, hard work, and a commitment to leadership that prioritises impact over titles.”
This international recognition builds on a series of high-profile accolades and milestones that have defined Reddy's recent leadership journey.
She is also a recipient of the Private Sector CEO of the Year for 2025 by African Women Chartered Accountants Forum (AWCA), which celebrates women leaders who are driving meaningful economic participation, innovation, and inclusive growth across Africa. The AWCA recognition acknowledges her contribution to advancing sustainable financial solutions, while championing empowerment and transformation across the continent.
Further cementing her influence, Reddy has been nominated as CEO of the Year by Women of Stature South Africa (Wosa). This nomination recognises women leaders who exemplify ethical leadership, strategic excellence, and social impact, and positions Reddy among South Africa’s most respected and influential female executives. The nomination reflects not only her professional achievements but also her role as a mentor, role model, and advocate for women in leadership.
Her recent honours come off the back of another remarkable achievement - being named a finalist for the 2025 SAICA Chairman’s Awards. She was selected as one of 30 finalists from a pool of more than 50 000 chartered accountants in South Africa, placing her among the country’s most accomplished and respected professionals within the accounting and finance fraternity.
While each recognition carries its own significance, the IAOTP Top CEO of the Year in Financial Solutions award stands as the pinnacle of her recent achievements, representing international validation of her leadership on one of the world’s most prominent stages.
Her presence on global platforms such as IAOTP sends a clear message: that leadership from the Global South belongs at the centre of global conversations.
“Recognition matters when it opens doors for others. If my journey can inspire future leaders, especially young women, to believe that their voice matters and their leadership is needed, then these moments carry purpose beyond personal achievement.”
