BIG Brother Mzansi housemate Ashay Sewlall celebrates his 25th birthday today, hours after winning R3 000 in last night’s Berocca task on the television series.
In posts on his social media page, Sewlall wrote two messages.
The first: "It’s the 5th of Feb. We turn 25 today."
It was followed by: "We turn 25 today. Grateful for another year of life. Cheers to another trip around the sun."

Fans online described the win as an early birthday gift, adding to Sewlall’s growing list of achievements in the competition.
Last night's challenge tested the housemate's general knowledge with the final round requiring contestants to answer a series of True or False questions.
Sewlall emerged as the overall winner, while Trixie and Mmeli finished as runners-up, each taking home R1 000.
As he received his R3 000 cheque, Sewlall took a moment to acknowledge his girlfriend, Tamica Biggar, sending her a heartfelt message.
“This is for you, Tamica. I love you!” he said.
Big Brother praised Sewlall’s performance in the task, congratulating him on yet another achievement in the house.
“Well done for bagging tonight’s grand prize. You proved that there’s no such thing as useless information,” Big Brother said.
The latest win adds to his growing list of achievements in the competition and further strengthens his position as one of the standout housemates this season.
Last month, he won the Chillers Punch Challenge and R5 000 with his 'Pele-Pele' flavoured can design.
With voting open and the game intensifying, viewers continue to watch closely as Sewlall builds momentum in the Big Brother Mzansi house.
