Playing a par three with water can be intimidating, but with the right strategy, you can increase your chances of success. Assess the layout of the hole carefully, taking into account the location of the water hazard, the shape and size of the green, and any other obstacles.

Choosing the right club is crucial in this situation. Select a club that will allow you to clear the water hazard and land safely on the green. Consider the wind direction and speed, as well as the distance to the hole.

If you're not confident in your ability to clear the water hazard, consider playing a safer shot to the side of the green or short of the hazard. This may not be the most glamorous option, but it's often the smartest play.

It's also essential to know the rules regarding water hazards. If your ball lands in the water, you can take a drop behind the hazard, keeping the point where the ball crossed the hazard line between you and the hole.

When playing par threes, focus on accuracy rather than distance. These holes require precision, so it's essential to hit accurate shots rather than trying to hit the ball as far as possible. Take into account the wind direction and speed, as this can significantly impact your shot.

Finally, stay calm and focused when playing par 3s. These holes can be intimidating, but it's essential to execute a successful shot. Take your time, focus on your target, and trust your swing. Catch you on the fairways!
