The Premier Soccer League (PSL) released the fixtures for the 2025/26 Carling Knockout round of 16 on Friday morning, scheduled to take place across the country from 3 to 5 October 2025.
These fixtures will materialise before the international window begins on 6 October, when Bafana Bafana will start preparing to face Zimbabwe in a crucial World Cup qualifier in Durban on 10 October.
Marking their debut in the tournament, Durban City FC will be kicking off the competition on Friday, 3 October, when they host Polokwane City at the Chatsworth Stadium. Football fans can expect an electrifying atmosphere with the match set to kick off at 19h00.
The excitement continues on Saturday, 4 October, with two simultaneous matches starting at 15:00. Orlando Pirates will be welcoming Siwelele FC to Orlando Stadium, while underdogs Orbit College FC take on TS Galaxy FC at Olympia Park Stadium.
As darkness falls, the drama escalates with Lamontville Golden Arrows facing Sekhukhune United at King Zwelithini Stadium at 18h00, leading to a much-anticipated duel between giants Mamelodi Sundowns and Marumo Gallants at Lucas Moripe Stadium, which kicks off at 20h00.
Sunday, 5 October, promises to be equally riveting with three additional fixtures. At 15h00, Richards Bay FC will battle Chippa United at Umhlathuze Sports Stadium, followed by a fierce rivalry clash as Stellenbosch FC takes on Kaizer Chiefs at DHL Stadium. The round of 16 will culminate with AmaZulu FC challenging defending champions Magesi FC at Moses Mabhida Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 17h30.
