Kaizer Chiefs have announced their opponents for their European tour in July.
The Soweto Giants will be based in the Netherlands for their tour, and will play no fewer than five teams on their tour.
First up for Chiefs will be SBV Vitesse Arnhem on July 8, before taking on FC Utrecht three days later.
On July 12, NEC Nijmegen will be the next foe for Chiefs.
After another short break, on July 15 Chiefs will play PEC Zwolle before wrapping up their tour the next day against FC Twente Enschede.
Kaizer Chiefs said in a statement:
Kaizer Chiefs will conduct their 2025 pre-season training camp in the Netherlands. The team is set to arrive on July 4 and depart on July 19, and will be based in the town of Apeldoorn, approximately 80 kilometres from Amsterdam.
As part of the tour, Amakhosi will play five friendly matches against Dutch top-tier sides from both the Eredivisie and Eerste Divisie. Four of the matches will be open to the public, with one being held behind closed doors.
This recently concluded season, it was another underwhelming campaign from Kaizer Chiefs that saw them finish ninth in the Betway Premiership.
Though Chiefs did win their first piece of silverware in a decade when they beat Orlando Pirates in the Nedbank Cup final last month, it did not hide the fact that the AmaKhosi finished outside the top eight for a second season in a row.
July 8 - SBV Vitesse Arnhem
July 11 - FC Utrecht
July 12 - NEC Nijmegen
July 15 - PEC Zwolle
July 16 - FC Twente Enschede
