We're so used to seeing Kate Middleton in classic stilettos that when she swaps them for comfy sneakers, it's quite refreshing.
And I'm sure it's just as refreshing, and far more comfortable, for her too.
This week we got to see the Duchess get sporty during a visit to London Stadium in Olympic Park to attend a SportsAid event. SportsAid is an organization that shines a spotlight on the parents and guardians who play a major role in their children's athletic success.
When Kate arrived she opted for a smart casual look. She wore a navy blue blazer over a body-hugging dark green knit sweater which she paired with a wide-leg, cropped culotte pants in a matching green.

She completed her look with a pair of white lace-up leather sneakers with green stripes on the sides.
When it was time to get physical, the Duchess dropped the blazer and pulled back her long hair into a low ponytail.

With just a few changes her outfit went from smart to sporty and she was ready to throw some punches and do a couple of sprints to show off her athletic side.
