“Your mission, should you choose to accept it...”
This is the famous line from the Mission Impossible box office franchise.
And the Blitzboks accepted their mission and did the “impossible” after beating Scotland 15-5 in the Paris Sevens final, winning the tournament at the Stade Jean Bouin and securing the World Sevens Series crown.
The Blitzboks will be crowned overall champions after the London Sevens this weekend.
During their last day in Paris, the team got to spend the day on the set of the new movie, Mission: Impossible 6.
What an experience being on set of the NEW Mission Impossible movie and meeting the legendary @TomCruise and @simonpegg such great guys! 🙌🏼 pic.twitter.com/s06FdD1P1C

Hollywood actors Tom Cruise, Simon Pegg and and South African-born stuntman Wade Eastwood posed for numerous pictures with the players.
The star of the sports-related movie Jerry Maguire can be seen holding the Paris Sevens winners’ trophy, smiling like only Tom Cruise can!
The Blitzboks thanked Cruise for allowing them to visit the movie site, and in turn handed him and Eastwood a Springbok Sevens pennant.
After their visit, Eastwood took to Instagram to thank the players for their visit. “It was such a proud moment for me to introduce my country’s team to my friends and colleagues whilst we shoot Mission Impossible 6 in Paris! The boys played amazingly well as a team and deserve their world championship title. So proud!”
